"A 30-year artisan's noodle with a healthy taste, kneaded by
nature and leavened by sunlight
with seasonal ingredients."
‘Eat your colors’, Four Seasons noodles, Grand Noodle.
It all began with a simple question: 'Why can't noodles be the main dish?'
That's how the Five Color Noodles were launched, totally new like never before. We have created
the perfect gift for our beloved ones by coloring five noodles with wishes of happiness, just as
our ancestors used to do.
A pepper infused with the passion of fading December, an apple cheering for the bustling start
of January, and buckwheat reviving the energy of midsummer in July—we achieve our authentic
taste and beauty by incorporating a diverse range of seasonal ingredients

Founder Kim Hyun-Kyu
“It’s not like there was anyone to teach us, or anywhere we
could ask” says Grand Noodle founder Kim Hyun-Kyu.
“We just try. We know because we tried everything. Our
mouths are indeed our labs.”
Kim Hyun-Kyu's operation makes his Grand noodles themed
"Obang, " representing the five cardinal colors in
Korean culture: black, yellow, blue, white, and red.
"The five colors are said to bring luck and get rid of misfortune,"
he explains. "So, I created this to preserve that culture.“
"On special occasions, people consume this food in the hopes of
living a long life," he adds. "That's the very hope that inspires
me when I craft these noodles.
Recommendation
Put the noodles into boiling water and stir for 4-6 minutes.
Drain the water and cool the noodles down with cold water.
Rinse the noodles several times in cold water. This step enhances the flavor
and texture of the noodles.
Serve the noodles with your favorite sauce, such as olive oil or balsamic
vinegar, and adding a variety of vegetables to create a delicious salad.
For a delightful taste, pair the noodles with Korean perilla oil and sea salt.
Additionally, these noodles can be used as a substitute for pasta.
Even without any special seasoning, the noodles are delicious on their own!
